Abstracts

1. Abstracts must be sent by email to the address irmatei@yahoo.com, until 15.03.2015 (inclusive)
2. The selection of the abstracts will be done by the Scientific Committee of the event.
3. The Scientific Committee will notify the main author by 20.03.2015 in regards to the selection of his material and to the presentation format: oral communication/poster
4. The abstract must highlight the importance of the theme and the originality of the study, its purpose, the characteristics of the case and the relevance of the approached subject in the context of today’s knowledge.
5. The abstracts authors must be registered as participants and have the registration fee paid prior to submitting their papers. The abstracts sent by authors not registered as participants are not going to be accepted.
6. Abstracts drafting guidelines are:
   • The abstracts must be in English.
   • The title will must be typed using Capital letters, Times New Roman font, size 11, Bold, maximum 300 Characters
   • The identification of the author must include the following information in the exact order: First name, Last name, Institution, Department, City, Country, E-mail address
   • The body of the abstract must be typed using Times New Roman font, size 11, single space, diacritical (for Romanian), maximum 400 characters (without title and authors)
   • The abstract must not contain any graphics, tables, pictures or other types of figures
   • The number of the co-authors is unlimited
   • The content of the abstract must be informative and must include:
     • The study objective
     • Material and methods
     • Results
     • Findings
     • References (a maximum of 5 references from the last 5 years)
   • It must include 3 to 5 keywords from Index Medicus
