In order to pay the participation fees, please use the billing data from the proforma invoice that is issued after you register here.
You can pay the Participation Fee:
- Wire transfer
- On-site, at the Symposium InfoDesk
Participation Fee covers:
- Attendance at scientific sesion
- Access in expositional areas
- Symposium materials (badge, bag, Program Handbook)
- Coffee breaks, Gala Dinner and Lunches
- Certificate of attendance with CME accreditation (conferred by the Romanian Medical College)
Accompanying Person Fee includes:
- Participation to the Gala Dinner
Access for all the participants is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked at the InfoDesk, during working hours, which you can find on the website at the General Information section.
In case the participants don’t present the participant badge, the organizers have the right to restrict their access at this event.
Amendments:
- In case you decide to use wire transfer, please specify the name and surname of the participant you are paying for and the event (ex. Participation Fee for Symposium ARAR 2016).
- The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines from the chart above.
- Participation fee will be paid in RON or in EURO, at the exchange rate from the payment date. In order to find out the exchange rate, please visit www.cursbnr.ro.
- For the participants who register and pay the Participation Fee after 01.02.2016 we can’t guarantee the Symposium bag and other materials.
